The go-to vegan bowl at the The Mighty Bowl tends to be the Esther Short Bowl which is prepared with brown rice, broccoli, chipotle soy curls, sauteed garlic thyme, mushrooms, avocado, toasted cashews, cilantro, green onion and mighty sauce.

Sure we love the quirky name of this chain restaurant, as well as the light and airy atmosphere and bright decor here. But the little added touches around the place of random dinosaurs and fun figurines definitely brings a smile to everyone’s face.

You’ll find a spacious dining area with plenty of pretty plants adorning the shelves, various hanging lights that add warmth to the place, as well as pops of blue throughout the space. And how can we forget their dinosaur mural – it’s a big winner among kids, as well as adults!

Expect some internationally influenced food here and one of the favorite starters is their Thai Mini Burrito which is filled with baked organic tofu, peanut sauce, spinach, jasmine rice, cilantro-lime slaw, and quick pickles. For sharing options, we recommend the Chips & Guac.
