This counter service restaurant has a light and bright cafeteria-style seating space with large windows and sleek wooden decor. Just head to the counter and choose each ingredient that goes into your bowl, similar to Subway’s style and dig into your food!
Expect healthy vegan choices and big portions here which is exactly why we had to include Currito on our list of vegan-friendly restaurants in Naperville.
If you’re eager to try your own take on a burrito or bowl, we think you’ll love their ‘build-your-own bowl or burrito’ concept.
However, if you don’t feel like building your own dish, we recommend you go for the many choices they’ve got on the menu.
One popular vegan choice – which comes with organic tofu – is the Bangkok Grain Bowl which comprises of Asian cabbage, cilantro lime rice, cucumber, shredded carrots, slivered almonds, Thai-style peanut sauce, spicy cashew vinaigrette and sesame seeds. The Tikka Grain Bowl is a great choice too, which is prepared with cilantro lime rice, cucumber, curried chickpeas, tikka masala sauce and cucumber tahini sauce.

3. Manna Kitchen
Located just a couple of minutes outside of Naperville, Manna Kitchen is an exclusively plant-based restaurant. They made it on our list of vegan restaurants in Naperville for the nice selection of dishes they serve up ranging from classic American comfort foods, to globally-inspired fare and even delicious soul food!
We want to make a quick point about the decor before telling you more about the food. One thing for sure is this place loves the color blue! From the floors, painted walls, counter area, to even blue tufted faux leather on their accent wall, it’s a unique theme that gives it charm.
When it comes to the food, in our opinion you can’t go wrong with their Chili Cheeze Dog which is topped with baked bean chili, shiitake bac-n, cheeze sauce, onion, mustard and shredded cheeze. Or ‘The Tower Burger’ which is prepared with their house made fermented veggie patty, crispy fried onions, home made organic melty mozzarella, BBQ sauce, pickles, lettuce, chipotle mayo and served with a side of fries. Like we said, this is a fully vegan restaurant, so expect vegan cheese with your dishes.
As for some internationally-inspired food, we recommend their Soul Bowl consisting of fried chick-n strips, steamed kale, organic brown rice, spicy baked beans and sweet potato wedges or the flavourful Panang Curry Bowl which is prepared with tofu, sweet potatoes, string beans and Napa cabbage in a coconut curry broth.
Manna Kitchen is open Tuesday to Thursday 11:30am to 7:30pm and on Friday and Saturday from 11:30am to 8:30pm, but is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
