They made it on our list of vegan restaurants in Naperville for the nice selection of dishes they serve up ranging from classic American comfort foods, to globally-inspired fare and even delicious soul food!
We want to make a quick point about the decor before telling you more about the food. One thing for sure is this place loves the color blue! From the floors, painted walls, counter area, to even blue tufted faux leather on their accent wall, it’s a unique theme that gives it charm.
When it comes to the food, in our opinion you can’t go wrong with their Chili Cheeze Dog which is topped with baked bean chili, shiitake bac-n, cheeze sauce, onion, mustard and shredded cheeze.
Or ‘The Tower Burger’ which is prepared with their house made fermented veggie patty, crispy fried onions, home made organic melty mozzarella, BBQ sauce, pickles, lettuce, chipotle mayo and served with a side of fries. Like we said, this is a fully vegan restaurant, so expect vegan cheese with your dishes.
As for some internationally-inspired food, we recommend their Soul Bowl consisting of fried chick-n strips, steamed kale, organic brown rice, spicy baked beans and sweet potato wedges or the flavourful Panang Curry Bowl which is prepared with tofu, sweet potatoes, string beans and Napa cabbage in a coconut curry broth.
