Although not solely vegan, this has got to be one of the most vegan-friendly restaurants in Cary, NC for the variety and freshness they provide.
You can get creative with your order by picking a protein, a base and four fresh ingredients from their long list of choices. As the plant-based option of protein, you’ll find organic non-GMO crispy tofu, then continue by choosing your base from options such as romaine lettuce, spinach, artisan mix, kale, brown rice, or wild grain blend.

One of the popular favorites is the Hearty Vegan – which can come as a salad, wrap or grain bowl. That is packed with avocado, purple cabbage, carrots, black beans, grilled corn, hearts of palm, cilantro, tortilla strips and drizzled with their home-made sweet chipotle or cilantro lime dressing.
